CHIPMUNKS

DOB 10/2/07-10/31/08

The Chipmunks are two years old when they begin in September. There are 16-18 children in the morning sessions with three teachers and 12 children in the afternoon sessions with two teachers.

SCHEDULE:

* Project time - During free play each child works with a teacher to make a project
* Clean up
* Exercise
* Wash hands
* Snack time
* Clean up
* Story time
* Music
* Outside playground (weather permitting)/Indoor play (parachute,bean bag toss, legos, puzzles)

CHICKADEES

DOB 5/1/09-7/1/10

The Chickadees are 2-16 months old when they begin in September. There are ten children in this group with three teachers. The session is unstructured with free play and interaction with the teachers and other children. A mid-session snack is served. When weather permits we take the children for walks.

BUNNIES

DOB 11/1/08-4/30/09

The Bunnies are 17-22 months old when they begin in September. There are eight children in this group with two teachers. For the first few months of the year the Bunnies spend most of their time at MMO interacting with the teachers and other children. As they become more comfortable with their surroundings, we introduce simple projects for them to have fun with, music to sing and dance to, and stories that spark their imagination. A mid-morning snack is served.
